Obtained through an extrusion process of one or more layers of HIGH-IMPACT POLYSTYRENE (HIPS) in reels, with variable mechanical properties according to the customer’s needs. The large range of raw materials used allows us to meet needs that balance the properties of the best HIGH-IMPACT POLYSTYRENE (HIPS – excellent impact resistance, excellent elasticity) with those of CRYSTAL POLYSTYRENE (GPPS – low impact resistance but excellent rigidity).
It is mainly used for applications in the following sectors: Dairy, Food Packaging, Disposable items (plates and glasses), Trays for pastry, Containers for ice cream, Supports for underfloor heating, Containers for eggs.
This product is perfect for Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) technologies.
