Process to Perfection

MP3’s product quality is a result of meticulous attention to detail. Our proprietary production system, optimized through OEE, ensures excellence at every stage. From line conditions and operator expertise to raw material quality, we maintain rigorous control.

Our dedicated quality team collaborates across departments, including production, safety, maintenance, logistics, planning, and R&D, through daily ASAICHI meetings to drive continuous improvement.

To guarantee product perfection, we’ve implemented cluster-based quality controls focusing on critical attributes like color, surface finish, layering, gloss, and durability.

Established in 2017 by the factory workers, the project aims to eliminate the accidents at work through the diffuse involvement towards continuous improvement.
