MP3 widens its range of application by adding a new PP line dedicated exclusively to PP for coffee capsules. Capable of producing 3 rolls at a time, with a thickness between 0.5 mm and 1.5 mm and width from 1000 to 1510 mm, this machine is equipped with the best extruders and filters to deliver customers our top PP reel. Sustainability is ensured by integrating production waste into the material, and by monitoring in-line thickness constantly.
This line has been acquired to expand our food packaging range, enabling MP3 to enter new markets. Our PROP A HB, a thermoformable PP barrier foil, has been specifically designed for coffee capsule producer. This product is characterized by its high impermeability to both oxygen and humidity ensuring optimal preservation of the final product. Our foil responds to the strictest requirements of our customers both in terms of precision and constant product quality. Our foil has been developed so as to obtain even material spreading and stable forming performance resulting in high precision, high cadence forming to produce your capsule exactly as you wish.
